Your isolated tenant workspace is initialized in real-time, allowing you to begin generating vouchers, importing bank feeds, and running reports within seconds.
2. Access Credentials & Confirmation
Immediately upon activation:
- You will receive a welcome confirmation email containing your workspace URL (https://www.ledgemapz.com/app) and your registered administrator username.
- A formal GST-compliant electronic tax invoice or payment receipt is generated and emailed to your billing contact.
- Your software licence token is permanently tied to your company record.

LedgerMapz is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers with redundant high-availability failover, targeting 99.9% operational uptime. Routine maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak weekend hours with advance dashboard notices.
