1. Grant of Perpetual Licence
Upon receipt of full payment for Pack 2 (default fee: ₹7,000 in India, $150 in USA, AED 550 in UAE, or via the 7-day trial auto-debit on Day 8), eMartSoft grants to your designated company a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual software licence to use the LedgerMapz Cloud Accounting suite.
This licence is issued on a "Per Company" basis, permitting an unlimited number of concurrent user seats, employee logins, and client auditor accounts strictly within the licensed entity.
2. What is Included in Year 1
Your one-time fee includes twelve (12) calendar months of comprehensive enterprise cloud services:
- Managed Cloud Hosting: Secure, isolated multi-tenant deployment on high-availability server clusters.
- Daily Automated Offsite Backups: Encryption at rest with zero data-loss recovery failovers.
- Regulatory Tax Revisions: All automatic schema updates for India GST (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, e-Invoicing), UAE VAT, and US Sales Tax.
- Continuous Feature Releases: Access to all new core modules, AI voucher scanning improvements, and bank feed connectors released during the 12-month period.
- Priority Direct Support: Dedicated onboarding and support assistance via phone and WhatsApp desk (+91 91805 19509).
3. Conditions Beyond Year 1 (Optional Annual Maintenance)
Beginning in month 13:
- To continue cloud infrastructure hosting, automated offsite backups, and ongoing regulatory compliance upgrades, you may elect to renew an Annual Cloud Maintenance & Support (AMC) plan at a heavily discounted rate.
- Your Software Licence Never Expires: If you choose not to renew the cloud hosting AMC, your perpetual licence remains valid. You retain full access to export all historical financial records, voucher ledgers, and trial balances in standardized open formats (JSON, Excel, PDF).
